    What is it

Cockroaches refer to insects belonging to the order "blattaria" (scientific name), belonging to the phylum Arthropoda, Insecta, and Blattaria, commonly known as cockroaches, and are common medical insects.

Cockroaches have flat, dark brown bodies and are usually of medium size. Small head, able to move. The antennae are long and filiform, with well-developed compound eyes.

The wings are flat, with the front wings being coleoptera and the back wings being membranous. The front and rear wings are basically equal in size and cover the back of the abdomen; Some species have no wings.

Not good at flying, able to walk quickly. Not completely abnormal. There are approximately 6000 species that lay eggs within the egg sheath, mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions and living in the wild or indoors.
    Something interesting here

A biologist once made a conclusion based on the ecological habits of cockroaches: if one day there were a global nuclear war on Earth, all organisms in the affected area, including humans and even fish, would disappear, and only cockroaches would continue their lives.

This is because the radiation level that human bodies can usually tolerate is 5 rems, and once the total radiation level exceeds 800 rems, death is inevitable.

The German cockroach can tolerate 9000 to 105000 rems, while the American cockroach can tolerate 967500 rems. (Denotes radiation dose.

Rem dose is equivalent to rem Xi [Sv] 1Sv=100rem), so even with a nuclear explosion, cockroaches can survive. The US government spends 1.5 billion US dollars a year to eliminate cockroaches, about twice the budget for AIDS prevention.

    Residential premises
Cockroaches like to choose warm, humid, food rich, and multi crevice habitats to live in, which are the four basic conditions they need for breeding.

In buildings where people live and reside, these conditions are generally present, making cockroaches a health pest that harms thousands of households. Joyful warmth and love for fashion are important habits of cockroaches.

It is not difficult to find that whether in restaurants, homes, trains, or ships, kitchens are always the most severely damaged places.

During the day, they are hidden in dark and dark places, such as indoor furniture gaps in walls, caves and corners, and piles of debris.

At night, especially after the lights are turned off and people fall asleep, they go out to activities, search for food, or seek a spouse. Therefore, approximately 75% of the time spent 24 ours a day is in a resting state.
    Cockroaches control tips

Regularly maintain cleanliness in concealed areas. Searching for the source of insects can be done at night by suddenly turning on the lights when cockroaches are moving around, observing where there are cockroaches and where they are heading, finding their hiding place, and then eliminating them.

For hidden places, Cosway can be used in places where cockroaches frequently travel.

l Apply paper reinforcement and lime (500 grams of paper reinforcement plus 50 kilograms of lime, mixed with water) paint to all gaps, and block the gaps.

l If there are too many cockroaches in warehouses, factories, or indoor areas that pose serious harm, sulfur or aluminum phosphide fumigation can be used to eliminate them.

l Last but the most important tip is call EXPERTISED PEST CONTROL for professional help.
